BACKGROUND

As an undergraduate student at Vanderbilt University, Corbin triple majored in Political Science, Economics, and History, with a minor in Corporate Strategy. Through his studies, he expanded his theoretical appreciation for how institutions and ideologies shape our society and developed a practical understanding of how human relationships are at the core of our societal problems and solutions, in both politics and business.

At Vanderbilt, Corbin also managed ACE Design, a student run graphic design team that creates promotional design materials for student organizations on campus. Through both his design work and management at ACE, he nurtured his creativity and gained a broad range of team and project management skills.

Finally, Corbin served as a student mentor with Big Brother Big Sister, working with a young student for four years from 5th through 8th grade. Each week, he and his “little brother” would work on school assignments, play games, talk about life, and build their relationship.

Through these experiences, Corbin developed a deep appreciation for service and the ability of government and private enterprise to create positive change. He hopes to put his new knowledge and commitment to service to work through Unlocked and hopefully, a future as a civil servant.

AT UNLOCKED

Corbin is primarily responsible for day to day management activities, operations, web design, and financial analysis. He collaborates with Alexis on social media activities, strategy, web design, and product development. He enjoys working with cool jazz playing in the background, and brings his detail oriented perfectionism to everything he does.
